Reg Radke, B.Ed., B.Sc.

Reg Radke is an education and training specialist with a background in senior management in post-secondary educational institutions and international human resource development. Mr. Radke has extensive knowledge and skills in developing, implementing and managing agricultural production systems in the public and private sectors, with several years of applied experience in agronomy, livestock production and waste management. In particular, Mr. Radke is experienced in developing certificate and diploma programming for accreditation by Alberta Learning; managing quality delivery of programming to meet the standards of professional accrediting associations and industry sector councils; developing and delivering adult education and training programs funded by Human Resources Development Canada, and Alberta Human Resources and Employment; and developing training curriculum based on needs assessments and occupational task analysis processes. Mr. Radke has a successful track record of developing partnerships and alliances to meet the workforce training needs of companies and industries.

Mr. Radke has been involved in international development and training projects in Latin America, Eastern Europe, South East Asia, and the Middle East. He has conducted needs analysis and evaluated training opportunities, identified and designed technical assistance and HRD projects, designed and managed study tours in Canada, and provided project management for bilateral and other international cooperation projects.
